An incredibly elegant and inspired design for such a utilitarian pieces of military equipment. This beautiful yellow survival jacket was issued in limited numbers by the British Military to be used in life rafts (RAF and Royal Navy).

The jacket folds up into it’s own hood which doubles as a khaki canvas bag for safe keeping/ easy storage. The front of the jacket is adorned with large OD string tie closures, and white adjustable waist strings for a snug/ custom fit. Signs of wear and stains throughout, but in overall decent condition.

The piece is nearly impossible to find these days, and is a joy to behold both historically and from a design standpoint. Don’t miss your chance!
