We adore all A-2 deck jackets. It has been my personal go-to vintage military jacket for every day use here in Nova Scotia. It is just perfect.
THIS 1960’s/Vietnam-war-era example is not only in wonderful condition, but it happens to feature the all important triangular pocket flap (indicating that it is one of the earlier A-2’s). These earlier jackets were made to a much higher degree of quality than the later 70’s examples.
Perfect CONMAR zipper, all original buttons and soft wool flannel lining all intact. A stunning example of an increasingly hard to find jacket, which is one of our person favorite military designs of all time.
