1940's/ 50's Kelly Green Ventile Windproof Mountain Smock Parka
This is what it’s all about, folks. Weird, unique, highly-unusual one-off patterns.
I’ve never seen a design quite like this. Stunning windproof VENTILE shell in vivid Kelly Green, with an equally gorgeous plaid wool lining in both the jacket and in the removable hood. The smock features a number of very old european ski patches on the arms, and a lovely old RIRI zipper which dates it to the late 40’s/ early 50’s. The hood features an awesome chin strap, and draw strings to keep the wind out, and the smock itself is topped off with two lovely double-buttoned hip pockets.
The overall style is that of a cropped design that the kids seem to be going wild for these days, so it should fit perfectly into a modern wardrobe. You certainly won’t find another one like it!
