An incredibly, incredibly rare vintage (Approx 1960’s-70’s) USARP baseball cap.

We are enormous fans and collectors of anything having to do with the US Antarctic Research Program (and anything else Antarctica related!) so this cap is very exciting to present here.

These USN style hats would have been given out to USARP scientists upon arriving in Antarctica and were made in very small numbers (like all USARP equipment).

We have two of these, both are the same design except one is tagged size Small-Medium (but I could fit it on my big head no problem with the snaps adjusted to the max) and the other is Medium-Large.

The Medium-Large is cheaper due to some issues with the beak which is broken in several places and has some loose stitching as pictured. Still wearable, but something to consider.
