Mint 1960's Vietnam-Era Reversible Mitchell Camo Hunting Field Jacket.

Mint 1960's Vietnam-Era Reversible Mitchell Camo Hunting Field Jacket.
Without a doubt my favorite camo print ever made. The great MITCHELL CAMO of the late 50’s/ 60’s.
This print was first used for tarps that were issued to US troops very early in the Vietnam War, before any other camo has been issued to them. As a result, many of these tarps were taken to local tailors in Siagon and made into a whole array of custom/ one-off patterns to be worn in the field for some make-shift jungle camo.
This example is a gorgeous, fully reversible hunting/ field jacket made of the same heavy cotton tarp material. It is in absolutely astounding condition with original zipper and tags intact. The camo coloring is vivid and saturated to perfection.
