1950's Frogskin Camo Hunting Jacket w/ Printed Liner.
Here is a great one, and the first we’ve been able to track down—an exceptionally rare 1950s Frogskin Camo Hunting Jacket. This is a prime example of classic American outdoor gear, featuring the distinctive Frogskin camouflage pattern made famous during WWII and later adapted for civilian hunting apparel.
Heavy-duty canvas construction with a perfectly worn patina, showing just the right amount of character. The jacket features contrasting tan corduroy collar and trim, plus a unique printed hunting scene lining, adding an extra layer of vintage charm. Large utility pockets, reinforced stitching, and a rugged build make this piece as functional as it is collectible.
This is a hard-to-find variation, produced by one of the premier mid-century sporting goods brands Black Sheep. Unlike the more common plain hunting jackets of the era, this one stands out with its rare military-inspired camo and amazing printed liner
The jacket is in fantastic shape.
