This is honestly one of the nicest pieces of outerwear I have ever seen. There is something about what can happen to vintage red garments when they are worn in the sun over time. The most stunning fading occurs. Sometimes it can go too far, and sometimes it can be mindblowingly perfect.
This is most certainly the latter. Look at the shell!
A beautiful windproof foul weather jacket from the American Outerwear masters HOLUBAR, who are known to have made some of the finest extreme weather garments of the 60’s/70’s.
The jacket is in wonderful condition and is lined with soft, warm flannel plaid. Zippers, tags, snaps, and adjustable drawstrings all present and in perfect condition. If this fit me, it would not be going anywhere. I can assure you of that!
